Claude Coffee (Filter)
Blood Orange, Blackcurrant and Golden Syrup
We are thrilled to have teamed up with Monsieur Claude once again, this time in a whole new format. Claude Coffee brings you multiple seasonal releases throughout the year and we are kicking things off with a classic.
Kii is one of three wet mills operated by the Rungeto Cooperative in Kirinyaga, Central Kenya, they work with around 950 smallholder farmers who primarily grow SL34 (90%) with the remaining 10% being a combination of SL28, K7 and Ruiri. The coffees at the mill are pulped, dry fermented, washed and sundried. Following this they sorted into grades. AA is typically considered the highest quality (although E, Elephant Beans are bigger) but in recent years we have found a lot of really stunning AB grade Kenyan coffee

When we think of ‘origin’, Kelston Round Hill is to us Synonymous. This lush grassy knoll just outside Bath with its clump of trees and views over Somerset, is not just our namesake, but the backyard of where our roastery was founded. It’s our origin, and it was there that our journey started. That Journey has taken us to distant origins with their own hills, on whose slopes some of the world’s greatest coffees are produced by the world’s best farmers.
