Finca Las Mercedes has a near-perfect altitude and climate for producing an excellent quality of the coffee. The Guerra family have dedicated 150 of their 386 extensive hectares to growing coffee. The rest of the farm lies under native forest - some 236 hectares devoted entirely as nature and watershed preserve. The farm’s diligent environmental and social practices have led them to achieve Rainforest Alliance, UTZ Kapeh and 4C certification. The family continues to grow exceptional speciality coffee whilst investing a great deal of time and energy into processing and new varietals.

Fire & Flow are a speciality coffee roaster based in the heart of The Cotswolds. Started by childhood friends who decided to follow their passion for coffee, we’re fully focused on supporting our partners with best in class coffee, training, and equipment nationally. We work with skilled, ethically minded and sustainability focused farmers who go to great lengths to produce the highest quality Arabica coffee beans. We take great pride in maintaining the quality of the bean, roasting in small batches to produce delicious coffee that we absolutely love, and hope you will too.
To get back on track, we simply aim to inspire others and share our experience on how to get the most out of speciality coffee. We do this with a simple purpose in mind - to celebrate the quality of the bean and honour the devoted farmers at the source.
