Dhilgee means "bloody red" in the Oromiffa language, a native language of Ethiopia. This name represents coffees that have light florals, red berries, purple fruit and are overall round and sweet. This particular coffee comes from Danche Washing Station and is organic certified! The station buys cherries from 742 farmers in the region, who produce good yields thanks to fertile soil and good farming methods.
