A yellow honey process catuai variety produced and harvested in February 2022 by Mauricio Jimenez in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.

It's that time again! The second coffee sourced from Mauricio will be released in the form of Festive Brew, available from next week. Produced at another of his farms, El Delfin, this yellow honey catuai is soft and sweet with a profile of stone fruits, milk chocolate and honey.
