The speciality coffee industry is not alone in facing a precarious road ahead. Now more than ever, we all have an essential role to play in protecting the things we love. For us, this means inspiring more people to fall in love with speciality coffee and encouraging them to be part of a movement that helps to protect it for future generations.

We admit that we aren’t perfect. We don’t have any quick fixes or easy answers, but by continually evaluating our process and striving to lessen our impact, we can make a promise:
